Terms & Conditions


These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Mama San Restaurant and its related service “Shop & Collect” (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the shop.mamasanbali.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

We will alert you about any changes by updating the “REV.” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.


Mamasan Shop & Collect is a take away service and does not include or offer a delivery service. It’s your responsibility to organize the pickup of your order during the time slots mentioned below.
The following are the only available time slots for pickup:
Lunch: 12.00PM – 2.15 PM – Dinner: 6.00PM – 09.15 PM
No order can be processed out of the sub-mentioned hours, and must be passed at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup.
You have the possibility to order up to 7 days in advance.
You must register on the website with your name, email and phone number, to have the capability to order.
If you choose to pay with the QRIS system, you therefore agree to upload your proof of payment to our console.
We recommend to forward your order to our WhatsApp, as well to forward us your proof of payment. We have added a functional button after the payment process
We will proceed with your order when your payment is confirmed.
Every status update on your order is subject to an email notification sent to you. You have the responsibility to also check your spam box, if you did not receive them in your Inbox. 
We start using WhatsApp at 10.00AM.
No message will be answered between 10.00PM and 10.00AM.
You agree that during the restaurant opening hours, we are subject to delay our replies on WhatsApp. This is independent of your order preparation in the kitchen.
If you have no reply on WhatsApp after 10.00AM, we recommend you to call us on our mobile phone (0818-0612-6700)
You have the responsibility to organize your collection, by yourself, via a dedicated application, or by sending your contact/driver to pick up your order at the restaurant.
The pickup time is not flexible. For obvious reasons, your order will be ready in the conventionally agreed time slot, we do not take liability of a late pickup, or any damage during transfer from the restaurant to you.
